Dustex™ baghouses are capable of filtering out particle sizes PM10 PM5 and PM2.5. Baghouses are utilized in many industrial applications such as carbon black cement insulation manufacturing lime metals and mining and power. Baghouses are the most commonly used for dust collection in hot and dry processes.
A baghouse also known as a baghouse filter bag filter or fabric filter is an air pollution control device and dust collector that removes particulates or gas released from commercial processes out of the air.
P84 (polymide) dust collector filter media is used in operating conditions of a maximum 500 degrees Fahrenheit. P84 performs well under dry high heat temperatures and can even withstand some elevated levels of moisture. P84 has a slightly better resistance to acids than PPS.
Hazardous location dust collectors have a CSA Certified explosion-proof motor that is rated IP44 for protection in damp environments. UL and EEV standards also apply to the motor. 450 cfm dust collectors require the adapter kit (sold separately). Use one of the large-capacity filter bag kits (sold separately) for the 1 300 cfm collector.
Dust Collector Filter Bags If you work in an industrial manufacturing plant then you are required to follow the strict regulations set forth by the Clean Air Act . From the auto industry to food manufacturing the air you exhaust needs to be cleaned of dust metal dirt or any other contamination.
